Missile Silo (Nuclear)

This is pretty much the same missile silo like the vanilla one...
just with a nuclear warhead.
To use this missile you copy the GPS coords of your target into
the "***Ballistic Missile***" argument field and press the
"***Missile Launch***" button on the panel inside the silo.
