It's likely because of the name changing txt file. If there is another mod that changes the names of any of the survivors it will create a conflict and the mods occasionally won't work right. Unfortunately, the only fix is to disable any other mods that change survivor names, and then restart the game.

They all edit the same file for changing names, which in turn, causes a conflict when used together.
I was able to use them in various pairings without any problems, even though they conflicted. So they should work fine, just the name changing won't function.
