Dilluryan Matriarchy

The Dilluryans are a humanoid species from the Serenity Star System. While everyone enjoys civil liberties, only women are allowed to hold higher political office. Dilluryans generally keep to themselves and, while very welcoming of other races, they will take action against perceived interventions.

Custom things included:
- Ship style set
- Leader and logo
- Citizen portraits

Might upload the ships by themselves once I can actually get to the point in a game where I can build the large and huge ones, so that I can upload them with the proper colors, but this civ doesn't go with my style of play at all so it's hard for me to get to that point.
