Hard Achievement made easy!!

Go to the He Dispenser and press the button to spawn a HE nade.

Note: do not spam the button, it will glitch the second nade onto you somehow and you're forced to [mp_restartgame 1]

the button is where you would press in real life on a vending machine, and a dispenser is a vending machine but just a dispenser of one item.
