Rise of America Submod

Description
Rise of America mod is required to use this mod.
Must have Rise of America mod above this mod in mod manager.

Added building defences:
Barracks 18c now fires cannons.
Barracks 17c, Stable, and Diplomatic Center fire muskets.
Buildings cease defending while producing units.

Added buildable Blockhouses to each nation.

No peasant requirement to build units.

Changed American Town Center, and Towers.
American Marines, and Jagers can be recruited in Barracks 17c.
Removed Marines port building requirement, and cap level.

American Volunteer rifleman can be recruited from the church, removed upgrades.

Removed all mortar, howitzer, and multi-barrelled cannons.

Added population to buildings:
Barracks 18c - 300
Barracks 17c - 200
Academy - 200
Center - 150
Diplomatic Center - 100
Temple - 100
Stable - 100
Port - 100
Artillery Depot - 50
Blacksmith - 50
Market - 50
House - 50
Mill - 50

@Benevolent Wizard Xurk The mod is out of date I think, I will have to look at it. Thanks for letting me know. I have been busy not sure when I will be able to fix it.:axesword:

Hello Johnny, I've noticed an issue playing the Rise of America Submod. When I begin a game once I load into I cannot move any of my peasants and the mouse becomes an hourglass. I have unloaded and reloaded the mod but that didn't seem to solve the issue.

Loved this mod. Thank you for all those involved in its creation. However for some strange reason my peasants cannot collet stone or wood but it was working fine before the 5.1.10. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I've tried deleting and then subscribing again but the same problem. If I just subscribe to Rise of America and not the submod it works ok. Again thank you for all your hard work and it's great to see the game evolving

Thanks! Blockhouses didn't appear because I was working on a peninsulas map! When I swapped to a Land map, they appeared....
