Lucky 13 (stock vtol)

13-02313 aka "Lucky 13", inspired from Netflix's anthology short of the same name. Capable of VTOL this loyal drop-ship can drop off 2 Kerbals from the rear cargo bay. Lucky 13 is highly agile and will require a vigilant pilot

PS. Space bar to unlock VTOL engine, Use [ ] to switch to the VTOL Engines, controlling them will be easier than piloting from the plane. Also, remember to hit space bar to unlock them, [ ] to switch to them, then q/e to rotate

PPS. Tips: Toggling from Closed to Air Breathing with the VTOL Engines, at a sufficient height, will allow you to hover.
