7 - 11 Convenience Store

Description
A small (2 x 4) convenience store that is a growable low density commercial building.

I made this because all the 7 - 11 store assets (of this style) on the workshop were crematoriums, and I didn't want that. I just wanted a store to add to my neighbourhoods. I also have no clue how to do it in Cities Skylines' Asset Editor, but in SIMCity 4's Lot Editor there is an option where you can choose if your lot would be facing a street or a corner.

I hope to make a few designs with this model, and certainly one that is closer to the street. I'm honestly not sure how to set a lot to spawn at corners like so many of the corner lot styles in the vanilla lots. It would be very fun to design and have pop up as an actual corner store when possible!

The sign is actually pretty small and can be easily missed. I didn't even see it at tirst too :D

Also hoping you'll try making other variations of a 7-11 store, like a Corner lot version and one that fits into wall to wall buildings.

Hey thanks so much for letting me know! I was trying to avoid that, so I'll change the upload page but also modify the upload as soon as I can to just get rid of it. It's a 24 hour sign, so just for fun. It's not fun if the LSM (I use it too) complains about it.

Dude your upload has a missing dependency as reported by LSM (Loading Screen Mod), and it's a sign from this pack:

You might want to update your upload page to link this pack as a dependency. Actually your asset works without the Dependency but yeah LSM logs can be a nag sometimes :)
