Cargo Tipper Train Car (ore, 11x48, new system)

Description
Updated to a new 4-axle system
Now it also fits in the vanilla gates, arches and standard tunnels.
Unfortunately the controllable drums require 'Water in ME' mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1503751972 to work. In the worlds without water they can be replaced by a crank.

Other our train cars can be found here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1691687874.
Our locomotives can be found here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1692456187.

The fast progress in development of the high power rail engines (locomotives) have made the transportation of large amount (slowly reaching a thousand tonnes mark) of cargo a viable option. With that came a need for a proper rolling stock capable of utilizing the new locomotives power -- passenger and cargo wagons capable of transporting heavy weight (often exceeding 100 tonnes) at high speeds -- already exceeding 200km/h mark. Construction of train cars upholding these specification is not an easy endeavour. By combining the engineering knowledge of X-RAI (CEO: Xaerthus), Pulchritudo Industries (CEO: Baron of Pingas Braddlers) and our engineers at Sach'aqa Industries we are finally able to offer you a series of high capacity, high speed train cars for various applications.

Here's we offer a train car (wagon) designed for transporting ores. Much smaller (than in our Hopper Car) capacity of just 6 stockpiles is balanced by the convenience of unloading. The car is equipped with tipping mechanism in two independent sections. The mechanism is automatic: when the locking ropes on the side *opposite* to the unload side are released the containers tip automatically. After emptying they go back to their 'travel' position.

Unfortunately the convenience has a price: the weight of the ore has to be countered by the ballast deposited in the 6 ballast chests located at the center of the car base. The weight should be roughly in 1:2 ratio (ballast to ore). The ballast has to be spread equally.

Also, it is explicitly forbidden to move the car (with exception of slow movement during unloading operations) when the containers are not locked by ropes in their travel positions. Neglecting that will most likely end in a disaster.

Tip: sometimes due to imperfect balancing, when locked in a travel position the containers may fail to start tipping. In that situation one needs to tip them by the turning mechanism (independent for each section) located at both ends of the car. If the resistance is too high one may help the tipping by dragging the edge of the loading chute with a rope.

Dimensions: width 11 (base 9), length 42.
Max load's weight: 120t.
Max capacity: 5850 pcs.
Max operational velocity: 200km/h
