Cargo Flatbed Train Car (misc, 11x40, new system)

Description
Updated to a new 'standard' (buffers on the height of the frame), and new bogies. Speciat thanks to Xaerthus for the buffer plates made specifically for this car.

Updated to new 4-axle system. For technical reasons transoprted vehicles need to have at least one block ground clearance of their undercarriage.

Updated with reinforced frame and invisible bogies for increased stability. While the ballast chests have been left, there is no need for additional ballast now with possible exception of extremely heavy vehicles (armor) and high speeds. Tested without ballast for speeds up to 165km/h.

Other our train cars can be found here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1691687874.
Our locomotives can be found here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1692456187.

Usage tips:
- For travel the platforms must be in vertical position and secured by ropes (see illustrations).
- For loading heavier vehicles the ramps should be tied together (or to a station platform) as on the illustration.

The fast progress in development of the high power rail engines (locomotives) have made the transportation of large amount (slowly reaching a thousand tonnes mark) of cargo a viable option. With that came a need for a proper rolling stock capable of utilizing the new locomotives power -- passenger and cargo wagons capable of transporting heavy weight at high speeds -- already exceeding 200km/h mark. Construction of train cars upholding these specification is not an easy endeavour. By combining the engineering knowledge of X-RAI (CEO: Xaerthus), Pulchritudo Industries (CEO: Baron of Pingas Braddlers) and our engineers at Sach'aqa Industries we are finally able to offer you a series of high capacity, high speed train cars for various applications.

Here we offer a (fast) train car customized specifically for transportation of loose objects, in particular vehicles. It is equipped with two ramps for loading and unloading the vehicles. Switching between the horizontal (loading) and vertical (travel) positions of these ramps is done by a small handcrank located at the center of the axis. The ramps *must* be in vertical position and secured by ropes when the train is moving. The car is equipped with two (located centrally) ballast chests for countering the weight of the cargo. For safe operation the ballast weight must be at least half of that of the cargo (for speeds above 100km/h the preferred ratio is 1-1) at extreme speeds and heavy loads some weighting may be required.
Dimensions: length: 40; width: 11.
Maximal operational speed: tested up to over 200km/h

The vehicle on last screenshots is the steam truck by Johnbeere: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1743296455.

Just rope endings.

@onca77 Would you happen to remember what part of the 'Ship Crafting' mod was used in this blueprint?

Reinforced the frame and added invisible bogies for better stability. No ballast needed now for most applications.

Removed the ship crafting mod from the dependencies due to persisting implicit dependence on the water mod.
