Coloured Clothes Redux Muted

Description
Optional mod for Coloured Clothes Redux that tones down the colours for cloth. Leather is unchanged as this was already using muted colours in the base mod.

Release 1:
- Changed all shirts to use muted colourmap
- Changed all custom textures to apply less material colour
