fixed kANs "Explosive Hovercraft"

Description
This creation was originally built by kAN.
But since the "The Modpack" developers changed the "smart engine controller" his creation didn't work any more.
Here is the fixed version that works just like kANs before the update.

@DonZekane Sorry for that. The originally required Motion Mod is not available anymore. But the newer Motion Mod Test Release has the same mod items and functions, so it works with that just fine. Just download Motion Mod Test Release. I've added it in the required items. Thank you for your comment.

To this and the original, why do I get the "mods missing" thing even tho I have The Modpack installed?
