publicly uploaded by request. i dont take port requests, i already have this model ported long ago but was just never public til now

Custom control groups:
put this in SourceFilmmaker\game\platform\cfg[drive.google.com]

Model changes:
-gave him a full head of hair
-extended the mask as it was cutoff by the hat
-tweaked the hat so it doesnt clip with the hair

Includes:
apexlegends\players\caustic_killing_joke.mdl
