Bligh Island

Description
Foreword
"Bligh Island is an island of the Nootka Sound area in British Columbia, Canada; it is adjacent to Nootka Island and Vancouver Island.
The island was named after William Bligh, of future HMS Bounty fame, who served as Master aboard ship during James Cook's third world voyage. The southern portion of the island is included within Bligh Island Marine Provincial Park.." -Wikipedia

What are you subscribing to?
You're subscribing to my most recent attempt to recreate the theme of the Pacific North West/Cascadia region of North America. Tall snow capped mountains, thick forests and rocky beaches are all par for the course.

Technical
-This map is made with the Alps Dolomites w/ Snow Theme Updated 2018 by MrMiyagi
-Map has 4 highway connections, 1 rail connections , Shipping and air connections.
-The map offers a challenge in terms of building space 29%, recommend a 81 tile map to fully utilize all availible space
-Start Square starts out with a small pond with a large "anti" water source, it is intended to be a pit to dump your sewage until midgame.

-The map, of course is based off a heightmap and tweaked into its current state, however the main Island (Bligh) has been completely redone, from scratch.
- As is the nature of the theme, resources such as oil and ore have been used to create different terrain features such as snow on mountain peaks

-Note I am aware of the clipping of the train tracks on the bridge, It's out of site so I chose to ignore it.

Reccomendations
-Tree count is near double the vanilla limit, so a tree limit extender is needed.
-81 tile mod
-A mod to clear edge fog
-There are a few bonus items here and there, cell towers and lights, so turn on nighttime, and see what you can find!
note the aircraft warning lights on the peaks are just the lights themselves so no you aren't missing an asset. I couldn't get the lighthouses to work unfortunately.
-Disable prop snapping before loading, else you will have major grumbles, if you don't read this in time, you can disable prop snapping and the map will be reverted to it's proper state.

Credits
-MrMaison and his lovely trees and grasses
-MrMiyagi for his theme
-Every other creator for their assets

Whenever I try to load this map up, the entire game exits abruptly without explanation.

How change the basic style map from "European" to "Moderate or Tropical"?
Or can you post this map at the other basic style than "European"?

@mikmoen @proto Double check your assets and make sure you're subbed to all of them, and then double check your content manager when you launch CS.

Also same issue, though I wasn't using the Alps theme nor like half the listed tree models.

@z4x0r oh my good green god! I haven't seen anything quite like that before, My only thought would be to reset all mods and start fresh. I had just gone over to my friends house yesterday, and downloaded this map on his computer and it worked just fine. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you, but good luck and let me know if you get it working!

On second thought, perhaps all the mods/assets haven't had the chance to download to your pc, so check to see if they're in your content manager. also you may have to enable the unlimited tree mod, but I don't think that is the entire issue.

Hey Hamshi! I'm really excited to use this map, it looks phenomenal. However, I'm having some trouble loading it. Not expecting you to solve this issue for me, but here's what's going on:

Upon loading the map, my screen shows this. [i.imgur.com]

And here's what I've got after closing those messages. [i.imgur.com]

I have all the required items - each has a green check mark next to its name on this map workshop page. Not sure why it won't load correctly but I'll keep fiddling with it!

Thanks for all your time and effort on this map. I'm a PNWerner myself and I love living here, looking forward to building on this varied canvas!
