Leveling and Skills Tweak

Description
This is a simple attempt to make a mod that adds a level cap of 150, adjusts all abilities max levels to 20 for Azra, 15 for other characters, and you'll probably notice some serious imbalance at any high level of any skill. It's definitely a work in progress, but from what I can tell, it works. I load it last in my mod list and it doesn't seem to break anything. Over time, I may update the later skill levels to be more balanced. The only other thing I changed was I removed the ranger's deadzone, and slightly increased the attack range of the knight and bezerker. Feel free to leave me a note about something it might break, or where there might be an imbalance I might look at. (Seriously, almost all the skills over the typical max will have a significant imbalance, especially since you can level so high, so just let me know. Or don't, since the whole point of this mod is to give you a reason to level to stupidly overpowered heights.

I think the books 16-18 are mixed up from what i was in mod files, the descriptions seemed a little mixed up.

(Somehow) works on DX for me, and it works with "New Items Deluxe (2.20b)" as well. Game can crash every so often but it works for the most part.

Definitely not intended, looking into why that could be

I don't have any mods other than yours, so that wouldn't be possible. Also, at the moment of activating the mod the game restarts itself (is intended in the latest version) and when you play with the mod the menu changes to show that. The thing is that even if everything says I'm playing with a mod, the skills can only be leveled up to level 9, no at 20 (or 15). :/

Could be a conflicting mod, because I recall some mods did have some issues. It I dunno why it wouldn't be working unless there was an update that changed the code in my nearly a year without a PC. I kinda doubt it, I think they're working on DQ2 instead. I'll try to check it out soon, though

@Kieran the thing is that the skills level up to max level 9. That's why I know the mod isn't working. :/
Anyway, don't worry too much about it. :)

@⛧Darkwraith⛧ , I would never apologize for making the mod, because when I did, there was no comparable mod that was working at the time. Seeing you comment, I was wondering very much if I needed to give you an apology, because I couldn't immediately remember if I did just that, and you were clearly hurt by it. Then I went back to the modding guide I used, and remember both the hours I spent using the guide to learn about modding the game, and the hours I spent running through forums and discussions, and tweaking things to try and get it to work. I spent days going through the game's XML files, figuring out what variables were being used and how to call them up.

Sorry mate, I didn't rip off your mod. I busted my ass just like you. The "code" might look familiar to you specifically because we were modding the same thing.

It was working when last I had a computer. I'll putter with it in coming months and see if maybe something has changed if I get a chance, but as someone who is disabled, I only have so much time I can devote to it.
