The My Lai Massacre 1968

You play as Tran Ðình Luan, a teenage villager. You just witnessed the murder of your family and relatives in the village of My Lai.

Seeking revenge you speak to a local Vietcong recruiter and he provides you and your friends with arms. You vow to avenge your parents death.

You sit down and have a meeting with the local village elders and they support your 'revenge'. They are sick and tired of their families being murdered by the 'American invaders'. Afraid of another reprisal attack from the United States on your home village, you decide to make your way to the other villages and seek the help of the locals.

In order to be successful, you will need to ensure that you have the 'support' of the local villagers around My Lai. By capturing each village this will provide you with resources to mount your offensive on the local US army bases that you suspect killed your mother and father.

Be careful though! The Americans are trying to enlist the local villagers to join the A.R.V.N and take up the cause against the National Liberation Front (NLF). Do not allow the Americans to capture any of the villages, or they will obtain intelligence on you and your guerilla movements!

Ho Chi Minh is watching from afar and has granted you support from the local NVA, however in order to obtain this you must prove yourself capable of launching a successful Guerilla attack on the US Army bases.
