Shek Ruins Restored

Description
A small mod that adds a new npc called Shek Construction Planner inside the HQ where Esata the stone golem resides.

Speak to him after becoming an ally with the Shek Kingdom through any means. You can then pay 50,000 caps to have the Shek Ruins east of Admag rebuilt and under shek control.

It's a small military outpost with a HQ, Barracks, Police tower, Armour shop, Weapon shop and general shop. This is the outpost where the shek will operate their attacks on the Holy Nation from.

The leader of the restored outpost is the Shek General while he is alive the Shek Kingdom will have patrols throughout the Holy Nation land.

Should feel like a war is happening with the shek making a move on the Holy Nation now. well as best as the game will allow us.

(for the best effect go with the bugmaster capture to ally with the shek. Then you will have patrols in HN territory while the HN is still fully operational)

Would love to see something similar being down for The Great Fortress as well since there's plenty of destroyed buildings that doesn't serve any purpose. Not even prime estate for players to buy and renovate.

Not sure why nobody seems to be modding The Great Fortress. At least nothing came up when I searched for the name.

I'm sure you have moved on from this mod but there is an empty unused building in the rebuilt base among other things.

Esata is at the Squinn HQ for me and I can't seem to find the Construction Planner anywhere in the vicinity.

@Bizzaro Its been a while but if I remember correctly you need to leave the ruins and come back for it to refresh. Also best not to leave anyone nearby anyway but letting the area reload should fix it

I pay the 50k but the ruins aren't being rebuilt, just take the money and gives me the option to pay it again if I speak to the construction planner again
