Anything not listed was not changed.

Coverage:
Both arms: 90 from 80
Stomach: 40 from 70

Stats:
Martial Arts: 0 from .9
Hand Coverage: 60% from 0%
Dodge: 1 from 0.9
Ranged: 1 from 0.9
Stealth: 1 from 0.9

Weather Resistance:
Acid Rain protection: 30%

Great mod it didnt make sense to me why the leather armor gave such bad stats
