So in Kenshi if you modify one single aspect of an item, such as the armored rag skirt, and I change the stomach coverage, then that's all the mod does. If another mod also changes the armored rag skirt, but only changes the leg coverage, then neither mod will conflict with each other. Unless 2 different mods modify the exact same thing then they will conflict. So if both mods change the stomach coverage but one changes it to 30 and another one changes it to 25, then what ever mod is lower on the load order gets priority. So if the 30% coverage mod is below the 25% coverage mod, then in game it will be the 30%.
My mod doesn't change anything with faction colors, or colors or anything except what's listed above. So it has to be another mod. Maybe check and see if you have a faction colors mod, or a mod that changes what the faction is wearing. Also the armored rag skirt (colored) I believe is the one that would change colors.
