It fits in main hangar. Also note that Boz has always enjoyed putting side docking points slightly foreward of amidships ( aka slightly toward the front of the middle of length of ship ).

On the calypso series this is found just outside the side sliding-door exits. You will find a connector there to dock to, and flat armor blocks which the centurion series of vessel can lock its landing gears to!
