Man those will be a lot of park assets to upload. Hope there is a way to bulk upload them into a single workshop upload instead of uploading them one at a time. Also love the fact Cims actually use these as parking instead of parking their cars by streetside, making building a parking lot complex a viable option.
So yeah, growing a block of high Density Tourism (Hotel and Casinos) buildings with a dedicated parking complex a street further can be possible :D
The Parking Lots roads CAN actually do the same thing, it's just that that mod is too fiddly to work with. Plus you also need to muck around with Move it! for detailing when you use it.
Playing with building assets with Lego or Tetris like fitting pieces to create parking complexes is way more fun to work with.
