Introducing the Vagabond Waystation Base. (BA Class 2, Unlock level 20)

Role: Survival PVE, Fixed Base Station for a Mobile Base, Solar Ore Smelting.

Overview:

The Waystation base is intended to support the Vagabond mobile base CV, providing Deconstruction and Smelting capabilities powered by solar panels with a backup generator. Build it near to water for your water generators. Not necessary to operate the Vagabond, but is a nice to hang your hat for a while.

When placing I recommend having solar panels face north for the sun, and line up the bottom of the stairs on the side of landing pad with highest ground. HVs should be able to drive in and out of Vagabond hangar bay while it is parked here.

Features:

• Landing pad for the Vagabond mobile base CV with landing markers on a gantry for ease of parking.
  
• Separated storage for: Deconstruct, Raw Materials, and Components. (volumes: 56k, 320k, and 320k respectively)
  
• Twelve solar panels and 3200 of battery storage.
  
• Backup generator and fuel tanks.
  
• Oxygen system for planets with low O2 levels.
  
• Repair systems in case your Vagabond gets some scratches.
  
• Furnace, Deconstructor, Small and Advanced Constructors.
  
• Break room with couch, TV, and a couple of bunks for R&R.
  
• ATM for financial management.
  
• Two small HV bays.
  
• Four cannon turrets for defence from drones.
