Well, I suppose demolishing the building and rebuilding it with a different rotation would work, but it's just an annoyance that I don't know the rotation for the stairs building beforehand if I want to use that model. And if I use this mod, I just change the problem to occur when wanting the default model apartments.
Oh well, I suppose. Thanks for even attempting such a thing, however!
Kind of. The issue is that once the apartments have been placed, the rotation used for the original model doesn't match the line of symmetry for the new model. The line of symmetry holds for every other building's alternate models except for the "stair" model apartments, as it seems to arbitrarily be rotated 120 degrees counterclockwise. This could either be solved by rotating said stair model, or, as you're suggesting now, an ability to rotate the buildings after placing them down. Whichever is easiest to do! I'd very much appreciate if you could make a mod like that.
Is that what you want?
You mean to tell me you can rotate buildings after they've been placed down? If that is the case, I cannot believe I've not known about that before. Sorry for my lack of knowledge...

Fixed red apartments (thanks alphaprior).
