Primarily for Boshin and Main campaign at moment, will extend to gempei later. Reduces research times on first few tiers for both campaigns. To go with Unit Historical Accuracy collection.

Have found this mod to be mandatory on all recent playthroughs.
However, I would REALLY wish that a slight reduction on all the research time for all tiers were added. On my last playthrough I wasn't able to get the final tech on either tree, not to mention very few of the higher tier techs at all. It doesn't have to be a big decrease, but a 25% reduction would be lovely.

Great mod, but can I suggest expanding the reduction to the later tech tiers as well? Seventeen turns for a tech to research is just plain ridiculous. Doesn't need to be OP, just lower it to eight or nine turns, seven if you really want to be generous.
