Introducing the Vagabond Mobile Base - Starter version. (CV Class 2, Unlock level 15)

This is a starter version of the full Vagabond XT requiring less resources and availiable at level 15. Very useful if saving up for this as an early CV, all you need is to salvage a couple of large and a bunch of medium thrusters and a warp drive to be able to afford it.

Upgrading the ST to the XT is simply done by following these steps:

• Add repair station next to main storage CC and Wifi in hangar bay. (goes in Repair group)
  
• Add repair console next to harvest CC where marked by 'R'. (goes in Repair group)
  
• Replace marked block on hangar floor with repair device block. (goes in Repair group)
  
• Add fixed weapons of choice either side of the bridge. (go in Weapon group)
  
• Replace brown CC with harvest CC, rename to "Ore / Wood (Harvest)". (goes in Cargo group)
  
• Add retractable Drill Turret where indicated on the hull underneath. (goes in Harvest group)
  
• Change ST text to XT!
