Irl you can wear heavy armour like plate and still move around like you would in clothes you just get tired quicker.
Plus the mod fixed the coverage of the armour as some were off.
I was saying that Monk used the wrong word.
He said that these mods nerfed armours which is wrong it buffs them.

Is a buff.

Is a nerf.
Also some items get nerfs to coverage and some get buffed.
So realistic is still accurate.
