Greensboro by Aureliaskhan

Here's Greensboro, NC aka The Gate City. As you all can see I haven't placed small/neighborhood streets, just major roads and access roads to them. Im still trying to find a balance between limits of the game and area that I aspire to do. Also, most if not all of the roads do NOT have zoning (to prevent reaching limits prematurely). The scale that was used from terrain party was 15 km. Other than that hope you enjoy!

Whenever I try to load this map, I'm missing "Utility Meter and Spot Light" which I can't seem to find anywhere in the workshop. Are these a part of a content pack? Or any idea where I can find them?
