I haven't done this for a long time...enjoy!

Note:
If you have to stay on the fist halfway through the run, I advise not to stay there when it retreats back up- otherwise you will get stuck on the vines. I didn't fix this, but there is a way to get out if you do get stuck. Try spamming the up and down keys while moving out.
