Kaiserreich Music Submod - Music Tweaks

This is a mod that tweaks some of the recordings in the Kaiserreich Music Mod. It does not introduce any new tracks.

The recording of "We're Going to Hang out the Washing on the Siegfried Line" used in the Kaiserreich Music mod has crackling noises throughout and is a bit too loud. This mod removes the crackling and normalizes the recording's volume.

The song "Dixie - Union Version" makes a reference to the Baltimore riot of 1861. I've replaced that lyric by repeating another.
