B16 motorised platform ISO 20

Description
A basic platform for ISO 20ft crates based on oversimplified B-16 chasis https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1693236845 . Mid-weight, high ground platform with integrated propulsion, featuring 2 spots for 20ft standartised ISO crates, built under SRC standarts. No power relay on it's own. Supports fuel transition through the cart. Might be not compatible with donkk-type trains.
