This mod adds a gem shop next to Brand-Shei's shop in Riften. Mebestien sells every kind of gem, but most have certain level requirements before they begin to appear in the shop.

The following is a list of gems and their level requirement:

Garnet = Level 1
Amethyst = Level 1
Flawless Garnet = Level 4
Ruby = Level 7
Flawless Amethyst = Level 10
Sapphire = Level 13
Flawless Ruby = Level 16
Emerald = Level 19
Flawless Sapphire = Level 22
Diamond = Level 25
Flawless Emerald = Level 28
Flawless Diamond = Level 31

His stock refreshes every 48 hours, and all prices are based on your current speech level.

This is my very first mod, so any comments and helpful tips are greatly appreciated.
