Ctf_Turbine Remake

Description
NOTICE: For some reason, I (MergasTroll) can't load maps into a workshop. Therefore, I did it through my second account (Ricardo Milos).

In general, for some reason I didn’t like the ctf_turbine style (Flobster sorry), so I decided to do a remake. The map geometry almost remained the same. The changes only affected the design of the map.

Features:
- 3d skybox
- Updated design (reminds ctf_ 2fort)
- Correction of some illogical moments
