You are trying to make your dog bark less loud. So each time he barks loud you decide to ring a bell. If your dog is less noisy after the bell, you give him a treat. Easy! (or is it?)

My stats were pretty horrible on this one and took me a while to solve. I'm sure there must be a better solution!
My current score is: 11 yen, 827 power, 23 lines
