This is the full set of my medium roads (50 km/h, 32m width) with bicycle lanes and on-street parking. Effectively it is two sets, each with a basic road type.
The first set is based on the road with one regular driving lane in each direction, and the second set is based on the road with two regular driving lanes in each direction. The other roads augment the basic roads by replacing one or both parking lanes, and/or the painted median, with driving lanes that are meant to be used as turning lanes.

Traffic lights at junctions are off by default for the set with one regular lane in each direction. I recommend using TM:PE to change lane arrows or connections where required to make the lanes behave realistically.
Bus stops take the place of the parking lanes. If bus stops are placed where the parking lanes are replaced with turning lanes, buses will temporarily block the turning lanes.
The After Dark DLC is required for the bicycle lanes to function.
Noise pollution stats are the same as the vanilla medium road, while construction and maintenance costs are similar but scale with the number of lanes. These roads are ground level only.
