Leader: Rasulzade

UU: The Land of Fire - Start with a free Artist's Guild in the Capital. Food Luxuries provide +1 Culture. The Musician's Guild is available after researching Guilds.

UB: Carpet-weaving School. Replaces the Workshop. No maintenance cost. +1 Gold for every Aesthetics Policy adopted and +10% Tourism in this city after finishing it. +25% Production costs. No Engineer Specialist slot.

UU: Ashik. Replaces the Great Musician. Unlike the Great Musician, the Ashik can be upgraded to a Great Writer. An Ashik's Concert Tour has a greater impact on other civilizations than the Great Musician's Concert Tours.

Really nice work mate,but symbol looks bad. I saw Azerbaijani coat of arms,maybe you can use basic form of that.
