Apoc-1312 ice side crater plains

Description
Apoc-1312 is having a re-do. This is the ice side of the planet. The plains area is littered with craters, each with comets in them. The atmosphere is toxic, and you will need some air filter to be able to breathe there. The comets produce an icy mist, and they sometimes make a snapping sound.
