Description
Various Improvements to the Military Egineer

- has 10 charges, maintenance of 6 and cost of 850
- can hurry production of Flood Barriers by a third. Only if full charges. Consumes the unit
- can fully hurry production of Dam, Canal and Aqueduct districts. Only if full charges. Consumes the unit
- removes similar functionality that comes from GS expansion to avoid confusion and conflict and to restore some balance (that functionality becomes OP since the number of charges has been changed)

DISCLAIMER:
This mod removes the UNITCOMMAND_DISTRICT_PRODUCTION action. Any mods trying to piggyback off of that action will likely have a problem.

I understand that, I just meant I prefer the base game mechanic of 20% rush/charge, rather than the 100% rush/ME is destroyed that is implemented here.

Yes I did make my own button. Both functionalities are there now though. It rushes a third of flood barriers or 100% of certain districts. I just essentially removed the rush district functionality of GS and remade it manually adjusting for the fact unit has 10 charges.

@americanslon - Oh, I see it's because you've replaced the add production button with your own. That's too bad, I rather liked the idea of hurrying a percentage of the flood barriers, but I'd rather keep the base game mechanics of hurrying Districts.

@Laurana I actually couldn't figure out an elegant way to piggyback off of that. Since the flood barriers had to be done manually it's actually much more elegant to do the other items manually too.

@brandon - Aqueduct should be easy since there's already a game table set up for rushing Districts with build charges.

I am not sure, I haven't explored that part yet. Nothing specific has been done to preclude them from using this though.
