Goodwin Square is an office building located in downtown Hartford, Connecticut. The tower is the third tallest building in both the city and the state.

The first several floors of the real-life building is actually a large concrete boring parking garage, and nobody wants that in their CS city, so I took some artistic liberty and made the tower start at ground level. So you could say this is "loosely" based on the real building.

The building sits on a 6x4 lot so I included some RICO settings in there as well (office level 3). You don't need the RICO mod to use the building though.

Model stats are shown in the screenshots.

@Julius thank you! It is actually probably my favorite asset that I've made so far. Unfortunately, I had a tiny face missing on one side of the building (that I've since corrected) but I got a couple of downvotes in the first few days that I published it before somebody finally told me in the comments what was wrong. The downvotes seem to have an outsized effect on the popularity listing order compared to upvotes so it never really got momentum on the workshop. But I'm seriously dying to see some screenshots of it in people's cities!

just finished releasing the main version of the container port, I have a few more releases that are just tweaks of that asset per some popular requests, and then I'm circling back to finish up the CT Financial Center. hang in there lol
