What is a Roman Empire mod?
It is a simple modification which adds a decision which will give you the opportunity (after you meet the conditions) to restore the glory of the Roman Empire. Once adopted your country will change to the Roman Empire and in addition you will get all the original ideas and the bonuses which are the same as in the case of conversion save file (containing the Roman Empire) from CKII to EUIV. More details below.

1 Pax Romana: National Revolt risk: -1
2 Legacy of Rome Diplomatic Reputation: 5
3 S.P.Q.R.: -20% Stability Cost Modifer
4 The Roman Legions: 15% Land Force Modifier, 10% of the Infantry Combat Ability
5 Roman Architecture: Production Efficiency: + 20%
6 Imperial Bureaucracy: Tax Modifier: 10%
7 Empire Sine Fine: Creation Core costs: -20%

What has been changed in version 1.4?
The 1.4 release is a big step forward compared to the previous version. With the changes the game has become more enjoyable and more realistic. The most important is that now you can restore the glory of the Roman Empire in two ways: Form the Italian Nation and conquer certain provinces or restore it by playing Byzantium, but here the requirements have been changed. Now this country is transformed into the Roman Empire after you adopt the decision Reestablish the Theme System.

User @Franklin24 tells true. I don't have time to support and fix this mod so if you want to use it in your EUIV modifications just add me in credits and you can feel free to do it. Moreover, if you have fixed this mod and it's working on the newest version of the game just contact me. I will add you as a co-author and update it in Steam Workshop for a people who have already downloaded it.
