Hint Disabler

Description
Disables the single-player in-game hints such as "Press E to push button." Also disables long-jump module instructions in Lambda Core but does not disable achievement information. Not sure about multiplayer/deathmatch information. This is a simple modification to hudanimations.txt in the scripts folder that solely aimed at removing hint info. Feedback is appreciated.

INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT!! READ THIS!

Because the Black Mesa Workshop is completely broken, you must do the following in order to actually use this:

1) Set up your custom folder for mods and edit your gameinfo.txt file. I recommend using this guide.
2) After step 1, go to the following directory: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\362890\1708479954
3) Copy Hint Disabler.vpk. Go to your custom folder and paste Hint Disabler.vpk into it.

If you want to revert back, simply remove Hint Disabler.vpk from your custom folder.

It doesn't work for me, but that isn't your fault. I'm not an expert but I do know that Black Mesa's file system is... in layman's terms... absolute dogsh*t.

Perfect for immersion. In real life you don't get a random hint saying "Press E to interact"

Here's the "no loading icon" mod, which can be useful for those who get bothered by the loading message: https://gamebanana.com/textures/4677
