SPS-7 Low-Tech SSTO

Description
This Low-Tech SSTO is constituted with parts all within Tech-level 6 (less than 160 science per node), and, in fact, only two level 6 nodes is mandatory. With a low technology requirement, an ultra-low cost per launch, and a decent crew capacity, this craft is highly benefical in career and science mode, especially suitable for conducting tourism and rescue contracts. Since there is no MK-1 cargo bay in the stock game, this plane has no pratical payload besides passangers, and because of technology limitation, its range is limited to LKO (similar to many non-nuclear/ion-powered SSTOs), although it does have a sufficient amount of expendable delta-v upon reaching LKO for multiple orbital maneuvers.
The original craft design does not contain any power generation other than engine alternators, but its packed battery would be sufficient for regular missions. One may manaully add a few solar panels (which requires an additional tech node) into the servive bay to fulfill certain mission requirements, if desire. The Fly-by-Wire hub, which constitutes as the plane's current nose cone, is OPTIONAL, and one may safely switch it to a normal nose cone, if required technology is not available yet.
