[FIXED] EFT Gyurza for Makarov

I removed 2 files that caused a lot of unnecessary error texts in the console, since the original creators doesn't seem to care about this problem. Now you can use your console properly again.

- Custom suppressor and flashlight included.
- Third person model included (thx 4 checking)
