Coughlin Bay

I wanted to build a detailed city but not spend all my time laying out roads and terraforming, so I made this small map so I could concentrate on the fun bits.

The entire island fits in 9 tiles, so you won't need 81 tiles or All Areas Purchasable to access the entire map.

The mountain isn't really for building on, but you could terraform it a bit to flatten areas of it.

It has no road connections but I placed Strictoaster's DIY Concrete Docks in the starting tile, you can demolish them if you like. Other than the docks the map can be played without mods, and the screenshots are taken in the default temperate theme.
