Train utility cart (Broken?) [advanced]

A unique utility cart based on two state-of-the-art creations - a short waggon base by CrazyFluffyPony (a famous wildly though-out wagon base design, compatible with both Jake- and Donkk-type train connection types) as well as futuristic "Nexagon PMG 650 Power V3" quantum generator by Zefnoly (A perpetual motion quantum generator, powerful enough to produce over 600 watts of energy per tick, compared to power of 6 regular large generators, capable of charging even the biggest batteries in the matter of seconds). For the utility cart itself, it's probably all you would ever need from the railroad utility carriage.
Features:
• A quantum energy generator, capable of charging any battery in the matters of seconds
• Detachable spare large battery to be replaced within, large battery recharge port
• 2 liquid control systems (at front and the back)
• Internal fuel storage for the capacity up to the 12'000 litres
• Extendable train cart connectors (small connector, fluid connector as well as separate electric connectors, capable of connecting to almost every train available)
• Fore and aft end-of-train automatic buffer lights (in case of electrical connection made)
• Wagon lights and brakes controllers, compatible with C.F.Pony's designs
• Independant brake system
• Extendable recharge cable
• Fuel-through mode support
• Partial fuel management controls are duplicated to the sides
To do:
• Internal pump controls to the cart sides
• KTP compability

P.S.Progress on creation is halted upon further.. uh.. I don't know. Further whatever.. Untill they "make trains great (again)" and they would have actually some purpose in game except for lagging and moving stuff
