The same as the V2 version of StormBreaker, but with made drivable with the addition of an engine, wheels, and other minor changes.

This was made because "Jo" (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/profiles/76561198129551843)

asked to publish a version you could drive off the rails and I asked myself why I hadn't done that yet, but I finally got around to it. So credit to him for the motivation.
