This mod adds 1 more civic slot and makes it so every empire be it gestalt, corprate or normal can pick any civic in the game.

The civic slot gets added via the normal 1 civic research except that it's a bit more expensive and that it adds two civic points.



This mod was created because i wanted to see what would hapen if you combine Meritocracy + technocracy + private prospecters + syncretic evolution.
