Here's Todd The Team Manager from Tony Hawk's Underground as a playermodel (currently does not have viewmodel hands), NPC, and ragdoll.
(Prop of him eating his burgers also included!)
He also has the original Neversoft weight data on him so there shouldn't be anything wrong with the rigging.

Model taken from THUGPro's files via Blender with the io_thps_scene[tharchive.net] plugin made by asdf_ & maintained/fixed up by KSK.
