Not entirely happy with the balance, 4 feels a little too strong, but 3 is really bad and I still wanted to keep 2 housing so it feels in line with other districts. Oh well, whatever.

Unavailible to gestalts.

This mod is unlikely to need maintenance so you can ignore the warning when it comes
