I will confirm that the recent update to the game does cut off the songs at the end. The songs end very abruptly now.

Since the latest patch the sound cuts off at the end of each song :-/

You have to install the new beta-version of the game. After that you can select the soundtrack in the settings->audio section. You'll find more information in the wiki or in the discussions forum.
