Description
Enter The Madhouse is a collection of challenges themed around familiars and questionable decisions.
There are currently ten challenges, each with their own combination of fun and pain.

List Of Absurdities:

1: Bringer Of Madness
Defeat the heart with an ever-changing army of Lil' Deliriums.

2: Deus Ex Machina
Rummage through the supply closets of the afterlife to craft a weapon that can defeat Mega Satan.

3: The Dynamic Duo
Armed with 5 Balls Of Band-aids, and 5 Cubes Of Meat, your goal is to take down ???
Other Notes: You are blindfolded.

4: Enter The Madhouse
You start with Chaos and Restock. In addition, you are permanently affected by the following curses:
Curse of the Lost, Curse of the Labyrinth, Curse of the Maze, Curse of the Unknown, Curse of Darkness, and, of course, Curse of the Blind.
Your goal is to survive four floors of this nonsense. Treasure rooms are available, if you can find them.

5: Flippin' The Bird
Use a disembodied finger and a bird-summoning razor to inflict The Divine Judgment upon your enemies.

6: The Floating Head
Defeat Mom with one of the worst "synergies" in the game: Guillotine and Transcendence.

7: Infinity Breaker
You start with nothing, and you must defeat Mega Satan on hard mode.
But do not worry, for the infinite basement seed is in effect.
Also, the treasure rooms are enabled, so that's nice.

8: Nonsense Barrage
The powers of Ipecac, Monstro's Lung, the 3 dollar bill, the Fruit Cake, and the Rainbow Worm combine to create one of the most broken builds ever recorded.
Master the art of not killing yourself to kill the Lamb instead.
Warning: The charge up time is effectively random. Charge bars are highly recommended for this challenge.

9: Power Of The Stars
You have all 12 zodiac signs and all 2 key pieces, so just relax and ride that power trip all the way to Mega Satan.

10: Ring Of Fire
You can't shoot. Fortunately, you have 20 bloodshot eyes to shoot for you.

I would like to give a shout-out to O_o's Trinket Trouble and Strawrat's Penny Pincher for helping me figure out the simple lua code needed to pre-smelt trinkets and add seeds to challenges.

Seems like requiring Afterbirth+ is the sticking point, I thought I had it on PC but apparently I just have Afterbirth. Thanks

sudden nonsense the mod works now i just restarted the game and then everything worked fine thanks

I've download this mod from steam on two separate computers, and it just works. I can't replicate this issue. In fact, it seems like the problem lies within the core game and not the mod.

My guess is that this mod needs the Afterbirth+ dlc to function, and you don't have it. I apologize for not mentioning it as a requirement, as I thought all workshop mods needed Afterbirth+ to function.

Running into a similar problem myself; downloaded the mod, but the option to switch to mod challenges doesn't exist in the challenges menu.

Sexey Reindeer: That's not really a bug I'm familiar with. In fact, I'm pretty sure it's on your end.
Have you made sure your mods are enabled? If so, when you go to the challenge menu, you need to press tab to access any modded challenges.
