Northwatch Archers

Northwatch Archers replaces the standard Archer Guardian with their cousins from the frigid tundra, who have learned to use the cold to enhance their attacks.

Changes include -

- New skin for the archer guardian
- Fires Ice Shard Arrows (similiar / same display effect as projectiles from the Ice Amulet)
- Three upgrade levels of cold addition to attacks, starting with a chance to chill targets and ending in a high chance to freeze targets
- Two unique upgrades: damage increase or cost reduction, your choice.

As always, feedback welcome! This is one of two special archer reskins/mods, the second being the the Blazing Archer.
